That person is owner Travis Wellner. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry and Forestry Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and he is an ISA Certified Arborist and a member of the International Society of Arboriculture. He is also Tree Risk Assessment qualified, which means he is trained to judge when a tree is truly hazardous and when it can safely be saved.
